The American Heart Association wants to recognize people who have made positive changes to improve their quality of life and health. No change is too small, and every accomplishment is significant. Thatís why we are now accepting nominations for the 2015 Santa Barbara Heart & Stroke Walk Lifestyle Change Award, locally sponsored by Wells Fargo. Nominations for the Lifestyle Change Award are open to the public and can be submitted by friends, co-workers, relatives... you can even nominate yourself!
Nominations will be accepted until Wednesday, September 16, 2015.
The winner will be announced at the Heart Walk.
